Amazon Distribution Center — Wheel Stop R&R, Line Striping & Stall Stencils
Full pavement marking and wheel stop program at a major Amazon distribution center in Stockton. Scope included removal and replacement of concrete wheel stops across the entire yard using a forklift, full line striping removal and replacement, and stall stenciling. Work performed across multiple phases including night-shift operations to minimize interference with Amazon logistics.
Yucaipa Plaza — Full Exterior Painting & Stucco Restoration
Complete exterior repaint of a multi-tenant retail shopping plaza, including stucco patch and repair — particularly at former tenant sign locations where penetrations left the facade damaged. Full color system applied across all building elevations.

Moss removal and full tile roof repaint for a residential property. After washing revealed faded tile due to age, the homeowner requested a complete roof repaint. Old, sun-damaged tiles were cleaned, prepped, and repainted to restore curb appeal and protect the surface.
City of Redlands Public Library — Gutter Cleaning, Public Works Contract
Night-shift gutter cleaning at the City of Redlands Public Library under a public works contract. Work was performed after hours using a boom lift to safely access the historic tile roofline. Full gutter flush and downspout clearing completed without disruption to library operations.

Multi-year ongoing pressure washing contract for the Lake Elsinore Storm professional baseball stadium. D&B has maintained this venue for over 5 years — cleaning seating areas, concourses, concessions, restrooms, and exterior surfaces on a scheduled annual program.

Full exterior color system repaint across a multi-building retail center. Included stucco repair, color consultation, and coordination with active tenants to minimize disruption during business hours.
HOA Balcony Structural Repair — Water Rot & Termite Damage, Oceanside
Full structural repair of a second-story wood balcony at an HOA community in Oceanside overlooking a golf course. The main beam had suffered severe water rot and termite damage, requiring complete removal and replacement. Scope included demo of the compromised ledger and beam, new post and beam installation, re-framing, and full repaint to match existing color system. Work performed by D&B's lead carpenter — 20+ years of specialty wood repair experience.
Residential Hillside Demo & Slab Pour — Shed Foundation, Yucaipa
Full hillside demolition and excavation at a residential property on Cherrywood Drive in Yucaipa to create a level pad for a new concrete slab. Work included Kubota mini excavator mobilization, full hillside cut-back, grading, plate compaction, formwork, and slab pour to serve as the foundation for a new storage shed structure.
Commercial TI — Pet Grooming Expansion Build-Out, Santee
Full tenant improvement build-out for a pet grooming business expanding into an adjacent unit in Santee. Scope included saw-cutting and opening the separating wall, relocating the drain line for the grooming tub/wash station, installing laminate flooring throughout the expanded space, adding new electrical outlets, framing and drywalling two pony walls, constructing a closed storage room with a slider door, and completing drywall, texture, and finish work throughout.
Custom Deck, Storage Shed & Lattice Fence — Norway Build
Custom deck, wood storage shed, and decorative lattice fence built by D&B's owner for close friends during a personal visit to their rural property in Norway, several hours north of Oslo. Scope included full ground prep with weed barrier and gravel base, deck framing and board installation, shed framing and vertical board siding with metal roof, and hand-crafted diamond-pattern lattice fence panels and railing posts. A testament to the owner's personal craftsmanship — the same level of quality he brings to every D&B project.
